offering to include wedding consulting services. We have designed
several packages designed to meet the diverse needs of brides and
grooms.
Iolite Package $1,000
Pre-Wedding
First Consultation
Two additional planning meetings
We will provide a wedding timeline of tasks to be done prior to the
wedding
Meet with the officiant to go over the ceremony
We will help you coordinate your wedding rehearsal
Confirmation of wedding vendors one-two weeks prior to the wedding day
(we need copies of all contracts)
Wedding Day Itinerary
Wedding Day
Arrive at wedding venue 2 ½ hours before the wedding
Assist the bride and bridal party as needed
Distribute bouquets and boutonniθres if needed
Use of Bridal Emergency Kit
Transport items from ceremony to reception
Main contact for all vendors
Set up items for the reception (pictures, guest book, cake cutter,
toasting glasses, flowers, etc.)
Direct reception flow
We will make sure that the bride and groom get to eat and make their
plates for them
Supervise the boxing of the top layer of cake
Distribute wedding favors and tossing items at the appropriate time
Oversee Reception clean up
Opal Package $1,750
Includes everything from the Iolite Package in addition to:
Pre-Wedding
One additional planning meeting (3 Additional Planning Meetings)
Vendor recommendations
Regular review of checklist
Accompany the bride to evening and weekend finalization vendor
appointments
Handle your vendor payment calendar
Provide a list of accommodations for out of town guests
Wedding Etiquette
Wedding Day
Delivery of wedding gown to wedding site
Distribute any remaining payments to vendors as needed
Load personal items/gifts into designated car
Post Wedding
Return tuxedo rentals if they can all be given to us in ONE location
Deliver wedding gown to cleaners/preservationist
Diamond Package $2,500
Includes everything from the Opal and the Iolite Package in addition to:
Pre Wedding
Add two additional meetings (5 Additional Planning Meetings)
We will be the main point of contact for all vendors
- Set up all vendor appointments
- Attend all vendor appointments with the bride as long as they are in
the evenings or on the weekend
Discuss Save the Date Ideas
Provide information on obtaining marriage license
Provide bride with information about changing her name
Assist bride with wedding attire selection (3 Locations)
Assist in selection of invitations
Attend portrait session per brides request
Assist in hotel accommodations for out of town guests
Help with rehearsal dinner details
Wedding Day
Deliver appetizers to wedding party suites (provided by bride)
Post Wedding
Return all rental items as needed
Payment Terms
25% of package cost is due upon contract signing.
50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the wedding day.
Remainder of the balance is due the day of the wedding.
Brides and grooms who use our wedding services will also receive a
discount on products purchased through Nuptial Necessities.
